A Kansas summer will find every weakness in an irrigation system. Dry stripes across the lawn, a head that fogs instead of throws, a zone that never quite runs, a bill that climbs while the grass browns — these are the symptoms of a system that was designed in a hurry or never adjusted after the landscape grew in. We install new systems and fix existing ones across the Kansas City metro.

For a new install, we lay out zones based on your actual yard: sun and shade, turf versus beds, slope and soil, and the water pressure you have to work with. Turf gets matched-precipitation rotors or sprays with proper head-to-head coverage so nothing is watered twice and nothing is missed; beds get drip or micro-spray, which puts water at the root instead of on the foliage. Everything terminates at a controller you can actually program, with a rain sensor so it isn't running during a thunderstorm.

Repair work covers broken, sunken and misaligned heads, cracked lateral lines, stuck or leaking valves, solenoid and wiring faults, controller and zone troubleshooting, backflow device issues, and coverage adjustments after new landscaping or a fence changes the pattern. We also handle the seasonal bookends: spring start-up with a zone-by-zone walk and nozzle tuning, and fall blow-out with compressed air so lines don't split over a Kansas winter.
